Adult Program

Our group sessions run for 4 weeks with the 4th week being rest, recovery and reassessment time.  We also offer a FREE bonus workout during the 4th week in which you can bring family and friends, so that they can see what all of the fuss is about for themselves.

We offer  3 and 5 day a week group sessions, including a  Saturday kettlebell community class were we all train together. There are  many different times to choose from. We offer early morning sessions to late evening sessions. If you don’t see a time that works with your schedule please contact us as we may have a small group that you could join.  If you want a specific time that is not listed you can get some (4+) of your friends together and have your own training time.

While we also offer personal training, the group classes are usually more fun as you train with the same people most days. The group classes also lead to a  better training response and more accountability from our clients as everyone works together to reach their goals.

When signing up for our classes, you will be able to attend classes any day of the week.

Children’s Program

We also train children from ages 6 and up. We work on movement, body weight and kettlebells to improve children’s fitness. We are not teaching sports specific skills, i.e. throwing kicking etc. we are building the strength foundation that is required to do well as an athlete. There is an epidemic of sports related injuries in children these days.

There are several reasons for these injuries to be occurring at an earlier age. They occur because our children do not have the proper base of technique or strength upon which to add sports specific skills. ACL and elbow injuries are on an upswing due to year round play and poor general conditioning. It is time to go back to the basics and build mobility, stability and strength as the base. You would not build a house without a solid foundation, why build an athlete without one?  If a bad foundation is laid it is not if the house will collapse, but when it will collapse.

We cannot guarantee that your child will be the next Tony Romo or Nastia Liukin, but we can tell that they will be a better, more durable athlete.

We  teach children in small groups, but it is not a “one size fits all” approach. We use Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Screen to identify what is the limiting factor in each child. We then use those findings along with the strength and conditioning methods of Pavel and the RKC to build the foundation of strength and durability. We truly work to make the children “Strong for a Lifetime.”

Free Kettlebell Orientation Class

Interested in kettlebells but still not sure where to start? Come to our free kettlebell orientation. Orientation is required before participating in any of our classes for your safety and so that you get the most out of the class. This  also gives you a quick introduction and a taste of how our classes are different. The orientation also helps you determine if our classes are for you!  The orientation class is held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at 9am.

During this orientation we will teach you the  fundamental kettlebell exercises including the deadlift, swing and turkish getup. This is required so that you will be able to jump right into your first day of kettlebell class without being lost or confused and to safely execute the exercises we are performing.

Also included in the kettlebell orientation is a 1 on 1 functional movement screen. To learn more about the functional movement screen and it’s value to our clients, click here
